Overview
ShoNet, a premier Salesforce Partner Consultant with over 15 years of experience, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Salesforce Sales Leader. This role is pivotal in driving the sales of our core products: Mentoring, Program Management, and eMail Marketing. The successful candidate will enhance our client acquisition strategies, leveraging our past successes to boost revenue and market presence.
Responsibilities
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
Research and identify potential clients in target markets.
Develop and implement strategies to engage and convert leads.
Seek referrals from clients, Salesforce, and partners.
Maintain regular contact with clients to understand their evolving needs.
Ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
Sales Strategy and Execution:
Create and implement comprehensive sales plans to meet targets.
Identify key market opportunities and trends.
Utilise ShoNet’s sales process to plan and execute sales campaigns.
Track and analyse campaign performance, making adjustments as necessary.
Product Knowledge and Presentation:
Stay updated on ShoNet's key products, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
Gather feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement.
Collaboration and Coordination:
Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales and marketing strategies.
Suggest enhancements to products and sales processes based on feedback.
Coordinate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of Salesforce solutions for clients.
Engage in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Stay updated on the latest sales techniques and industry developments.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, preferably with a focus on e-mail Marketing solutions. Salesforce Expert
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
