The Tottenham Hotspur Foundation has a long-established, productive and valued partnership with its local communities where there are significant socio-economic challenges alongside aspirations, potential, talent and opportunity to create, deliver and sustain positive change. The work of The Foundation and its supporters directly touches the lives of people across North London every day.

Tottenham Hotspur’s new stadium development scheme has delivered 3,500 new jobs. To date, the Club and Foundation have worked to create 2,883 jobs for local people through a wide range of innovative and groundbreaking initiatives.

Since 2018 ShoNet has worked in partnership with the Foundation to implement a Salesforce system to significantly reduce the administration of programmes and the production of impact information. Sarah Ebanja, Chief Executive, now has the ability to utilise her data to design future programmes.

Last year October, ShoNet delivered a Salesforce CRM solution for the BDA Benevolent Fund. Their new online system has proven vital, as the world adapts to the changes Covid-19 has brought in.

Project Manager Ayesha Akaloo interviewed the General Manager of the fund, Laura Hannon, to gain more insight into how ShoNet helped to streamline their existing processes, improve communication with applicants and Trustees, and transform the way they managed their data.

“I wanted a system that meant that the applicant could do it in a simple process, a system that integrated with the forms, so I didn’t have to duplicate that, and also enable the trustees and myself to record the information and the decision making, so there was a full audit trail. Salesforce had the ability to do that, so that's why we chose that system”
